I had the worst day in this year 2023 today. I bought food at Burger king for my daughter to take to school for her end of term ceremony, no chicken that was indicated in the receipt was added. I discovered it only when i had gone home. This is my very first and it shall be my last experience with burger king. Your services are too poor to say the least.
The longest wait in any drive thru j have ever been. in even thought there were only 2 cars ahead of me. ATROCOIUS SERVICE for a DRIVE THRU…more like TRAPPED THRU!!! THE guy on the speaker would say hi and dissappear and after several yells from me to find out if anyone was on still on speaker, a lady would yell “hold on for the gentleman to come” . 2x in an interval of 5mins to 6mins. It took almost 18mins for my turn by which time I was fuming but couldn’t drive past cos I was trapped in by the cars ahead. MANIFEST hurled an insult and forgot I could hear him which he vehemently denied as he didnt expect me to hear him.( The workers were arguing in the background – toxic work environment ).
Anyway I still has to order cos I was trapped for now 25mi so plus and my daughter needed her meal.
The worst experience ever.!! I’m definitely not coming back! It’s a shame but this is someone’s priced business! Too bad!!
I bought food worth almost GHS244 – Double whopper cheese / fries, 6 chicken wings, crunchy salad, etc. Asked for fries to go with my salad and wings, it wasn’t added and I found out when I was at home. Chicken wings not seasoned well as always, burger a bit bitter, unlike always. The waitress had a CHANNEL like buckle on her black belt, forgot to pick name. She wasn’t pleasant
