In 2011, the Starbites brand was developed by Eric Andoh and Deborah Andoh and operated under the trade name STARBITES ENTERPRISE. Initially the concept was to develop a small restaurant showcasing some of the favorite food from places they had travelled to around the world, the contemporary flavors from the Americas to Asia fused with Ghanaian dishes to compliment all tastes. So Starbites, a truly Ghanaian brand opened the doors of its very first restaurant in East Legon, Accra, and created a variety of food, catering to all pallets and tastes for the growing multicultural society of Ghana.
