Athletic Yoga
If you’re looking to work on yourself and have a great workout, Athletic Yoga is for you! It is yoga coupled with sporty moves, therefore making it a great low friction way to work up a sweat.
Classes take place on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at the Urbana Hotel in Osu. Although the first class is free, subsequent ones cost 50 cedis per person.

The group classes are 50 cedis per person, with a minimum of 3 and maximum of 5 people.

Life Wellness Center Yoga
Life Wellness Center is a healthcare practice that offers holistic assessment and treatment options. Its Yoga Community classes take place every Saturday morning for a fee of 10 cedis per person. In general, the classes emphasize breathing, poses, relaxation and meditation and will relax your body and focus your mind.
