If you’re looking to work on yourself and have a great workout, Athletic Yoga is for you! It is yoga coupled with sporty moves, therefore making it a great low friction way to work up a sweat.
Classes take place on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at the Urbana Hotel in Osu. Although the first class is free, subsequent ones cost 50 cedis per person.

The group classes are 50 cedis per person, with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 people.

Furthermore, her classes are for all ages, body types, and skill levels, and she is happy to work around your schedule and even come to your home! Want to see Yvette in action first before booking? Join her for her lively Sunset Yoga Classes in Labone on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. The drop-in rate is 25 cedis and there are class passes available (80 cedis for 4 classes).

Life Wellness Center Yoga
Life Wellness Center is a healthcare practice that offers holistic assessment and treatment options. Its Yoga Community classes take place every Saturday morning for a fee of 10 cedis per person. In general, the classes emphasize breathing, poses, relaxation and meditation and will relax your body and focus your mind.
The classes take place on 5 LifeWellness Street, in Tema Community 16 off the Spintex Road. Don’t forget to bring along your own mat if you have one!
