Denya Developers opened up shop in Accra in 2014 and we are near to selling out our first development, a ten-story building with 48 residences called The Denya, located in Ringway Estates.

What differentiates Denya Developers from others out there is our depth of experience in achieving exceptional design and quality construction in early emerging markets. As a member of the Pragnya Group of Companies, we have over 15 years of real estate investing and developing under our belt. In total we have delivered or currently have under construction 1.4 million square meters across nine properties, 170 acres and eight different cities – an area equivalent to 70 Accra Malls.

Denya Developers ventured into the Ghanaian market because we noticed what we perceived to be a fundamental disconnect between quality and price. Given our years in the industry and in-house expertise, we knew that we would be able to meaningfully change the equation and offer a considerably higher level of quality for the same if not lower prices.
