Before this idea of opening a bar came into being, I had a lot going on in my mind. I had just started my first company, VellConsult Technologies Limited which was still young but vibrant and needed attention and time always…just like my Lady! I was also working for one of the great workers’ Union and I needed to do all these including schooling.

Some time back, I took my leave from work and got the chance to fly out. I came back and wanted to establish another company. Lots of ideas came in including the bar. I had strong desire to own one because I had worked in a bar for sometime and I always got friends coming over for hang outs. We had to be going places all the time. I discussed this with my Old guy and he preferred that to the other business I wanted to open. Along the line, he didn’t like the idea, but the bar was almost done.

Before the construction of the bar, I was contemplating which materials to use, then I remembered one place I visited in the States and the look outs on pinterest on the use of Pallets. I loved every bit of it! From the construction to the interior, everything was made of Pallets. I had no other name for my place than, The Pallets Bar and Grill.
